RESERVED ENTRY ON BUSY NIGHTS
You and two guests, booked a day ahead — day-of is subject to availability. Your entry is prioritized, every night but the ones we're at capacity. Plus founders-only hours, not open to the public (more soon).
YOUR DRINK, BY NAME
A signature cocktail built with our Bar Chef, saved on a private founders' menu under your name. Order it on any night; any bartender can pull it.

Every founding member carries a numbered card — name and number engraved, in brass that holds the weight of the thing — with a matching card on your phone for the nights you travel light.
No. 001 through 050. After that, founding closes.

Founding membership to Darlin’. Fifty numbered seats for the people who want the room to be theirs from the first night, not the hundredth. It isn’t a discount or a points program. It’s being known here: a drink under your name, your entry held on the nights everyone wants in, first access to the rooms worth showing up for.
Because the room is built on who’s in it. Founding membership is limited and chosen. The same care that goes into every night here goes into who founds it. Every application is read by the people who built the room.
$188 a month, billed monthly. The introductory founding rate, the lowest it will ever be, held for the first fifty.
Yes. Fifty cards, numbered 001 through 050. When they’re gone, founding closes. Membership may open again one day, at a higher rate. But the first fifty are the first fifty, for good.
We read every application, personally. If the room is right for you, you’ll hear from us: a private link to start, your card into production, your seat held. No need to follow up twice; we get to each one.
On a busy night, you and up to two guests come in ahead of the wait. Want the night held? Founders are the only members who can reserve: a table for up to four, booked a day ahead, day-of subject to availability.
Some hours, the room belongs only to the fifty. We’re still setting when. Founders will be the first to know.
Yes. Your card, your number, your drink. All yours. Founding membership isn’t transferable. The night’s best when it’s you in the room.
Not yet. The first fifty find their own way in. Once founding closes, founders are the ones who bring the next names to the table.

Membership is month-to-month. Cancellation takes 45 days’ written notice through your member portal.
Think of it less as a program and more as a standing. Founding membership isn’t a discount, and it isn’t a fixed set of perks to cash in. It’s belonging to the room from the first night, and the room knowing your name for it. And it only grows from here. As Darlin’ matures, so does the membership: new partnerships, new experiences, the good things we find and try ourselves before they reach the floor. The first fifty don’t just get what founding is today. You get what it becomes.
