  • Images and Recordings: Photographs and video captured on our premises, and security camera footage. See Section 8.

  • Send you messages via email, SMS, or other digital channels, only if you have explicitly opted in. These messages may include:

    • Promotional: offers, events, and member-only nights.

    • Informational: updates about your reservation, membership, or event booking.

    • Marketing Content: new menu items, seasonal programming, artist series announcements, or membership details.

  • Improve our services by analyzing guest preferences and feedback.

  • Maintain the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including alcohol service and age verification requirements, or resolve disputes.

4. Message Frequency and Data Rates
  • Frequency: If you opt in to receive messages, you may receive them on a weekly basis, though this may vary depending on promotions, events, or updates.

5. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

We process your personal information based on:

  • Consent: When you opt in to receive marketing communications.

  • Contract: To fulfill reservations, private events, Founders Club memberships, or other agreements with you.

  • Legitimate Interest: To enhance our services, protect our premises, and communicate effectively with guests.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

7. Your Communication Preferences
  • Opt-In: We will only send you marketing emails, SMS, or other digital messages if you explicitly opt in, for example by checking a box on our website, signing up for our newsletter, or agreeing during a booking or membership application.

  • Help: For assistance, text "HELP" to any SMS message or contact us at the details above. We will promptly honor your request.

  • Membership notices: Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about an active Founders Club membership, a reservation, or a private event, which we may continue to send.

8. Photography, Video, and Your Likeness

Darlin' is a photographed room. Our team, our photographers, and invited media capture images and video on the premises for editorial, marketing, and social media use, and security cameras operate throughout the venue.

  • By entering the premises, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and consent to our use of that footage, without compensation, in our marketing and social channels.

  • We post signage at the entrance stating this. If you prefer not to appear in content, tell any member of the team and we will accommodate you.

  • If an image of you has already been published and you would like it removed, contact us at howdy@darlinhenderson.com and we will remove it from channels we control.

  • Security camera footage is retained for a limited period and used only for safety, incident review, and legal purposes.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Stay Darlin' Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Welcome to Stay Darlin' ("Darlin'," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by 2929 Hattenluke Hospitality Group LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our bar and dining services, private event services, Founders Club membership, gift cards and merchandise, and our website (www.darlinhenderson.com), collectively referred to as the "Services." By engaging with our Services, whether visiting us, booking an event, joining the Founders Club, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. General Use of Services
  • Age: Darlin' is a 21-and-over venue. Entry requires valid, government-issued photo identification. Founders Club membership and the purchase of alcohol require you to be 21 or older. Website accounts and marketing sign-ups are intended for individuals 18 or older.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making reservations, placing orders, applying for membership, or booking private events.

  • Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Reservations and Walk-Ins
  • Booking: Reservations can be made online (via www.darlinhenderson.com or our reservation partner), by phone (214-377-0333), or in person. Walk-ins are welcome subject to capacity. Availability is subject to confirmation.

  • Holding a table: We hold reserved tables for [GRACE PERIOD] minutes past the reservation time. After that, the table may be released.

  • Cancellation: Dining reservations should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations that require a deposit or card guarantee are subject to the cancellation and no-show fees disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staffing issues, supply shortages, private buyouts, or forces outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

  • Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Admission, Dress Code, and Right of Refusal
  • Dress code: Admission is subject to our dress code, which is posted at the entrance and on our website. The standard is dressed for a night out. The dress code posted at the time of your visit governs, and it may be updated seasonally.

  • Right of refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, and to ask any guest to leave, at our discretion and consistent with applicable law. Grounds include failure to meet the dress code, intoxication, inability to produce valid identification, disorderly or unsafe conduct, harassment of guests or staff, and violations of these Terms.

  • Non-discrimination: Admission decisions are based on conduct and attire only. We do not refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Capacity: Entry may be limited or paused when the venue is at capacity, including for guests holding reservations or Founders Club standing.

  • Searches: We may ask to inspect bags or outerwear as a condition of entry.

4. Alcohol Service
  • We serve alcohol under a permit issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and comply with all applicable TABC regulations.

  • We will refuse service to any person who is under 21, cannot produce valid identification, appears intoxicated, or is purchasing on behalf of a person in either category.

  • Alcohol may not be brought onto or removed from the premises except as expressly permitted by law and by us.

  • Service may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of management or staff.

5. Founders Club Membership

The Founders Club is a limited, application-based membership program. The following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.

  • Application and approval: Membership is by application and is granted at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Applicants must be 21 or older.

  • Dues and automatic renewal: Founding membership is $188 per month, billed monthly to the payment method on file. Your membership automatically renews each month and your card is automatically charged until you cancel. By joining, you authorize these recurring charges.

  • Cancellation: Membership is month-to-month and requires sixty (60) days' written notice to cancel. Notice must be sent to howdy@darlinhenderson.com. Dues continue to be charged during the notice period, and membership benefits remain active through the end of that period.

  • Refunds: Membership dues are non-refundable, including for unused months and for partial months following cancellation.

  • Price changes: The founding rate is fixed for founding members for as long as the membership remains continuously active. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any change to dues, and you may cancel under the notice terms above.

  • Benefits: Membership benefits, including reserved entry, guest allowance, the private founders' menu, partner experiences, and artist series access, are described on our website and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued. Reserved entry is subject to availability and to venue capacity, and is not a guarantee of admission on any given night.

  • Not a security or ownership interest: Membership is a personal, revocable license to receive the benefits described. It conveys no ownership, equity, security, or other interest in 2929 HattenLuke Hospitality Group LLC or in any of its venues, and no right to any share of revenue or profit.

  • Non-transferable: Membership is personal to you and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or shared. Membership cards remain our property and must be returned or destroyed on termination.

  • Suspension and termination: We may suspend or terminate a membership for non-payment, for conduct that violates these Terms or our house rules, or for any conduct that endangers guests or staff. If we terminate a membership for cause, dues already paid are not refunded. If we discontinue the program entirely, we will refund any dues paid for the month in progress.

  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend benefits and retry the charge. Membership may be terminated if the balance is not cured within 30 days.

6. Private Events and Buyouts
  • Event details: You must provide complete and accurate details, including guest count, menu preferences, and event timing, when booking a private event or buyout. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

  • Deposits and fees: A non-refundable deposit, in the amount specified at booking, is required to secure a private event or buyout. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes, overtime, damages, or special requests. Food and beverage minimums, service charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed in your event agreement.

  • Cancellation: Private event and buyout cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid additional fees. The specific cancellation schedule will be stated in your event agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this section.

  • Final guest count: A final guest count is due 10 days before the event and is the minimum on which billing is based.

  • Food safety and allergies: We adhere to all applicable food safety regulations. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions unless you notify us of specific dietary restrictions in advance, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Conduct and damages: The person booking the event is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage to the premises caused by them.

7. Gift Cards and Merchandise
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are redeemable for food, beverage, and merchandise at Darlin' only. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless registered with us, and may not be resold. Gift card value does not expire, and no dormancy or service fees are charged, except as permitted by applicable law.

  • Merchandise: Merchandise prices, availability, and shipping estimates are subject to change. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

  • Returns: Unworn, unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within [RETURN WINDOW] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale.

  • Alcohol: We do not sell or ship alcohol through our website.

8. Messaging Services

  • No sharing: No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.

10. Photography and Recording on Premises
  • By entering the premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by us, our photographers, or invited media, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use that footage in marketing, social media, editorial, and promotional materials, without compensation or further approval.

  • If you prefer not to appear in our content, notify a member of the team and we will accommodate you. To request removal of a published image, contact us at howdy@darlinhenderson.com.

  • Food and allergies: While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Notify us of allergies in advance.

  • Personal property: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on the premises, including items left at coat check or with valet.

Stay Darlin' House Rules

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

A few things we hold to, so everyone can stay a while.

  1. A no is a no. No one owes you a conversation, a dance, or their number.

  2. What's reserved for private stays private. Lewd or sexual behavior is not tolerated. This room is not your bedroom.

  3. The team's word is final.

On service, seating, and last call.

  4. We will slow you down or cut you off.

    That call is ours.

  5. No photos or video of other guests.

    Not without their OK.

  6. Fighting, harassment, drugs, or outside alcohol.

    Immediate removal, no refund.

  7. Something feels off? Tell any team member.

    We handle it.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest.

Stay Darlin' Dress Code

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Dressed for the night. That's the whole standard.

Darlin' is a night out. Boots, hats, denim, dresses, fringe, gold. Come polished, come western, come like you mean it.

A few things won't make it past the door
  • Athletic Wear. Gym shorts, sweatpants, jerseys, jogging suits, workout gear, gym shoes, slides.

  • Athletic Shorts. Tailored shorts styled as part of a real outfit are welcome for the summer season. Basketball shorts are not an outfit. When the weather turns, so does the shorts allowance, and this page will say so.

  • Beachwear and Loungewear.

Swimwear, coverups, pajamas, slippers. The pool and couch are different rooms.

  • Vulgar or Offensive Prints.

If it needs a censor bar, leave it home.

  • Sloppy Fits.

Visible undergarments, excessively oversized or sagging clothing, clothing in visible disrepair.

  • Gang-Affiliated Clothing, Colors, or Insignia.

    Non-negotiable, for everyone's night.

  • Hand-Worn Hats.

Hats are welcome here, worn forward, clean, and free of offensive wording. The work hat that earned its sweat stains and dirt has our respect, and it stays home.

T-Shirts can work.

If the rest of the outfit says night out, you're fine. If the whole look says errands, it isn't a Darlin' look yet.

Entry is always at the discretion of our door team, and the standard is the same for everyone. When in doubt, dress up. No one has ever regretted that here.
